GemmyMedical Transparent Film Dressing 6 cm x 7 cm transparent film dressing is a thin, breathable polyurethane film that seals superficial wounds, IV-site sites, and friction points while letting clinicians watch the site through the dressing. It is waterproof yet vapour-permeable, so skin stays dry and comfortable during showers and daily activity. The grid-pattern design makes application clean and bubble-free, and the without pad option adds light absorption for weeping areas. GemmyMedical produces the 6 cm x 7 cm film on automated converting lines under ISO quality systems, with CE and FDA paperwork for market access. Distributors, hospitals, and first-aid brands can private-label the Transparent Film Dressing range in multiple sizes and styles, with or without pad. It is a versatile, low-profile solution for facilities and retailers needing dependable site protection and stable catheter or wound coverage, and it is a low-allergy option suitable for both paediatric and adult use from a source-factory supplier.

Product Application
Abrasion, Scratch
In daily life, the skin of the arms or legs is accidentally slightly bruised. When there is not a lot of wound exudation, transparent film dressing can protect the wound very well and isolate bacteria. Moreover, it is waterproof and helps the wound heal quickly.
Secure catheters and IV
The transparent film dressing has hypoallergenic acrylic glue, which can well fix the catheter and IV. It is soft and comfortable, can fit the skin well, and will not affect the movement of the hand.
Minor burns and Tattoo Aftercare
Transparent film dressings can protect other surface wounds, such as minor burns, skin ulcers, etc. The moisture vapor permeability allows excess moisture to vent, and can also be used to protect skin after tattooing.
